Free on-site by Jordan was great and very helpful. Detailed inventory produced and used to guide number of movers and trucks. A day before our move we had to make a pivot and Top Shelf was able to accommodate! Also, Jordan helped us secure storage units.On move day, Charles, Nestor and team were amazing. They dissembled and wrapped all furniture with care and expertise. They were done ahead of schedule as they all worked efficiently and in sync with each other. Hard working, professional and good natured group of guys. Highly recommend!!

There aren't enough great things to say about them. I have listed a few to try and help. Punctual, communicative, professional, efficient, helpful, careful, great people, knowledgeable, reliable, competitive pricing, trustworthy.... the list goes on. BY FAR the BEST moving company I have ever used. There were many people and they were all great. We had multiple days needed of moving, Charles and Dan were there the second day and let me tell you, I've never seen anyone do what they were capable of. Thank you so much!

Amazing service! The guys worked quick to load up our belongings and were extremely careful the entire time. Brought furniture blankets to wrap up our TV’s and art. They also unloaded our boxes in each room at the new place and put together our beds and couch! Moving can be such struggle, but these guys made it painless.11/10 would recommend!

Charles and Manny were an amazing team! They showed up promptly and got right to workmoving furniture from one area to another for our remodel. They quickly worked through the checklist with ease moving full dressers, breaking down bed frames and removing mounted TVs. They were very respectful and kind. We have hired Top Shelf several times in the past for moving needs and are always very pleased with their white glove service. We will definitely keep hiring Top Shelf! Thanks team!

Exceptional Experience!! Jordan came out for an estimate; he’s professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Great first impression. Emailed the estimate over and I booked my move. Four movers and a truck show up moving day. Nestor, Josh, Allen & Ray were the A Team!! We had the best experience with this crew I cannot say enough good things!! Friendly, Hard Working, Communicative, Detail Oriented, Professional…honestly I was amazed how great they were I asked for all their names so I could give them credit they deserved for amazing service provided. No need for multiple bids; this is the company you can trust to help you move. Also, Don’t forget to tip your movers well they work really hard!
