Billy and Katie were very responsive to my initial inquiry, and got us all set up for our residential move. The morning of the move, the 3 movers called with an update of their status, they arrived on time and were prepared. Stephen, Alan, and Conner were excellent. They were professional, dressed appropriately, polite, efficient, and organized. They used moving blankets, shrink wrap, dollies, and all the necessary precautions to not damage our furniture, or any walls. They completed our move within the anticipated time frame as well, including relocating some existing furniture items. The truck was clean and professional looking as well. I would absolutely recommend this company again, and plan to call them for our next move as well.

Billy V and Kevin loaded our large POD today and they did a fantastic job. I was concerned we might need a second POD but they were so efficient we had plenty of room to spare. They were on time, did the job in under four hours, were very careful with the fragile items and, on top of that, were the nicest guys. I would highly recommend them for any type of moving job.

In late August, I started a two-month remodeling project on my home in Southern California. Every room is affected so I rented a "pod" for my driveway, stored all the home's contents, vacated the house and moved to a hotel. Steven and Alan from Top Shelf Delivery and Moving moved all my furniture and belongings from my house into the pod for safekeeping.

I was impressed by Steven and Alan's promptness, professionalism, communication and work ethic. In less than four hours, they carefully moved me from my four-bedroom, two-story home and ingeniously packed everything in the pod. It was incredible they fit everything in that 8' x 8' x 16' pod!

When I asked, they estimated they've performed 1,000 and 2,000 moves respectively and that their top priority remains customer satisfaction. In my case, Steven and Alan certainly achieved their goal! I plan to call Top Shelf Delivery and Moving when I move back into my home and I'm pleased I can "reserve" Steven and Alan to perform the move.

Kudos to Top Shelf Delivery and Moving for such a well-managed, customer-focused organization. I can't speak highly enough of Top Shelf and their employees. Moving one's life can be stressful whether it's just to your driveway or around the world. Just used their services for the second time this year. Courteous and friendly staff both on the phone and in person, and the movers do so much hard work to move everything well and quickly. A little pricey but DEFINITELY worth it.

Was happy with service! New owner was prompt and communicative over the phone both via text and calling. They showed up on time. Were quick loading and unloading and assembled a bunch of furnishings for me. They even removed all the boxes, would recommend and use them again. The workers were very nice and hardworking.

We had a great experience with Top shelf Delivery. They were very professional and respectful. They called me when they were 20 minutes out and arrived on time. They had to carry a very heavy sofa up a curved staircase and didn't complain. Our Design Firm has used Top Shelf before and will definitely use them again!

Top Shelf movers were wonderful! They showed up on time and took apart my king size bed, corner desk and set it up at the new house! They were very careful with all my furniture and always asked where to place it at the new house ! I would truly recommend Top Shelf with any move large or little they really do great work ?

What a great moving experience! Is there such a thing? With Top Shelf there is! From the first request for a quote, through numerous conversations with Roy, and then our experience today, "top shelf" all the way!

The rate was good and with 4 guys and 2 trips, I think I still moved a 4 bedroom home at record speed. It was still within the budget we set aside for our move!

The truck was first class and they have everything you need.

Angel, Gustavo and the rest of the crew were a pleasure to work with! They genuinely cared for our furniture and are personable which makes for a very enjoyable 7 hours! And working with a fellow veteran was icing on the cake!

Ok, I reached out today to several movers and Billy answered my call and text (Most other companies did not). His quote was reasonable and quick. We've set our appointment for this afternoon and I look forward to seeing how it goes. I'll update/revise my review with further details after the project. Looking forward to the move!

Your company sent 3 really nice guys that came over the course of 2 days and got us packed up and moved. Absolutely nothing was broken or harmed in anyway, and the way our items were packed so carefully it was a breeze to unpack. We are almost completely moved in. So thank you Guys! This moving company helped move my friend into their new place. They came prepared and were really efficient moving them to his new place. The price was extremely reasonable comparing to all the other moving companies in San Diego. I recommend them and would use them for myself if I move to San Diego!
